Flavours Cafe - Milford

Had a cuppa here recently and it took so long for it and our snack to come. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. It was also a bit overpriced.

Enjoyed the variety of teas and polite service. Plenty of different options for seating. Toilet available downstairs. Food good.

We stopped at this place on a day drive to the scenic rim and were looking forward to a late morning breakfast. What a joke this place was. It was busy, but no food was coming out of the kitchen. We waited for over an...hour and still didn’t get even our coffee. Many other customers were wondering what was going on asking where their food was. We were told after the hour that our coffee was still going to take a while. Absolutely unacceptable. In the end, I joined a line up of people demanding a refund. I wouldn’t have minded if the owner at least acknowledged there was an issue, but they said nothing. Barely an apology. Some people shouldn’t be in hospitality.

Excellent spot for lunch, coffee or anything in between. Beautiful old building good menu selection and well priced what more could you ask for??

We had the marinated lamb wrap, which was excellent, the beef pie, also very tasty. Good coffee too. Little bit pricey for what you get would be my only criticism.
