The chips we were sold had obviously been cooked early that morning and we're basically inedible. The pie was ok, the dude behind the counter has no customer service skills, but worst of all when we went to use the toilets found they were locked due to them being blocked. No apologies. We will henceforth go to the BP up the road as they are always friendly and the food is good.

I was d... read more Excellent customer service. I received a phone call after visiting this servo for fuel and lunch. I had left my wallet. The staff went above and beyond. I was difficult to locate as I had no address in my wallet. The staff called my mobile after finding my business card. I live 100ks away and so they offered to post it to me. I decided to make the trip to collect it. When I arrived they offered me food and drink free of charge. I cannot thank these guys enough. Their care and consideration was very touching. Not enough people around these days that would have taken as much time out of their busy day to be so lovely. Now on to the actual service. Food was hot and fresh. Coffee excellent and service was brilliant.

I liked the fact it wa... read more Whenever I head on the Cunningham highway, a stop at the Shell Aratula (no matter what direction I was travelling) was a compulsory stop. I liked the fact it was a small servo and the boneless chicken thigh fillet bites were absolutely awesome! Now they have ruined this location..... I will never frequent this place again.1. Very chaotic.2. Counter has been placed in the wrong location.3. It is obvious that their prices have been jacked up to pay for the refurbishment.4. They don't have the boneless chicken thigh fillet bites anymore.5. Has lost all of it's personal touch and become sterile and clinical.6. Exit is ambiguous and not well signed.I don't like it and will go elsewhere from now on.
