Excellent customer service. I received a phone call after visiting this servo for fuel and lunch. I had left my wallet. The staff went above and beyond. I was difficult to locate as I had no address in my wallet. The staff called my mobile after finding my business card. I live 100ks away and so they offered to post it to me. Travel this road often and decided to fill up and have a bit of lunch at the new servo. The chips we were sold had obviously been cooked early that morning and we're basically inedible. The pie was ok, the dude behind the counter has no customer service skills, but worst of all when we went to use the toilets found they were locked due to them being blocked. No apologies. Beautiful clean tank, clean toilets, nice dinning and quiet area, good choice of food, hot and cold, takeaway, cake and evan large coffee. it has everything in place while filling it out. be sick back!
Large forecourt, easy access, clean toilets. they do not accept fuel discount vouchers (coles or shell)
Chronically understaffed. The woman behind the counter is a trooper, single-handedly serving 20+ customers at once at 7.45 PM on a Sunday night. Save your time and go to the BP.
The food is decent, the service is friendly, and the restrooms are modern and clean. They also have a drive-thru option for food and drinks. It's a great place to stop for lunch.
Stopped for fuel and a quick bite. Was very surprised to see a good selection of hot (takeaway style) food available, biggest sausage roll I’ve seen, and delicious Rocky Road and amazing scollops/potato cakes. Prices very reasonable. Other roadhouses should take note.
