Worst customer service ever. Unable to reach anyone on the phone. I have sent two inquiries without any response in two weeks. It does not surprise me that Subway is closing stores left and right. No surprise that Franchisee?s are SUING corporate. Not to mention JARED their spokesperson and his crimes which reflect poorly on the company. View all feedback.
One of the worst companies in America. Online ordering did not work. It took them a week to fix it. A week later it has stopped working, with exactly the same error codes, again. Both the web site and the app. Clearly, they hire cheap, unqualified IT people who are incapable of diagnosis of a software problem. That comes from the top. CEO John Chidsey sets the tome and sends the message that the customer does not matter.

Went to Subway in my hometown. I go here quite frequently. At least 4 times a month. I get 2 spinach wraps, Bacon and chicken ranch with most of the veggies they offer. The price has gone up on the sandwiches and they don't put any veggies on them even though you ask for veggies. These owners are being cheap. They are going to lose me as a costumer.. This issue needs address . This Subway has gone down hill dramatically.
Cost too much Andover, Ohio don't take app. Deals can't find coupons. Spent $30.00 2 large 1,small 3 people . No more!!
