Worst customer service ever. Unable to reach anyone on the phone. I have sent two inquiries without any response in two weeks. It does not surprise me that Subway is closing stores left and right. No surprise that Franchisee?s are SUING corporate. Not to mention JARED their spokesperson and his crimes which reflect poorly on the company. View all feedback.
This company ranks among the worst in America. Their online ordering system is a complete mess, and it took them a week to resolve the issues, only for the same error codes to pop up again. This problem affects both their website and app. It’s evident that they employ low-cost, unqualified IT staff who struggle to effectively troubleshoot software issues. This mindset appears to originate from the top—CEO John Chidsey creates an environment that indicates customer satisfaction is not a priority.
I visited the Subway in my hometown recently, a place I frequent at least four times a month. I usually order two spinach wraps with bacon and chicken ranch, loaded with as many veggies as they offer. However, I've noticed that the prices for the sandwiches have increased, yet they hardly add any vegetables, even when I specifically request them. It feels like the owners are cutting corners, and if this continues, I might take my business elsewhere. It's clear that this Subway location has declined significantly in quality. This issue definitely needs to be addressed.
The prices are too high in Andover, Ohio, and they don’t accept apps. I could hardly find any coupons for deals. I spent $30 on two large meals and one small for three people. Never again!
I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. I couldn't reach anyone by phone, and despite sending two inquiries over the course of two weeks, I haven't received any response. It's no wonder that Subway is closing locations frequently. It's also not surprising to hear that franchisees are suing the corporate office. Additionally, the troubles involving their former spokesperson, Jared, have certainly tarnished the company's reputation.
I kindly ask that you refrain from entering the sushi market. You have already made a mess of sandwiches. Best regards, ????
