Donatos Pizza - Milford

I ordered 12 boneless wings and this is what was delivered. What even is this?

Customer service is gone I believe. Ordered online for pick up, saw several people working, so the restaurant wasn’t short staff. Pizza was ordered and gave a 8:08 ready time…. Received it a half hour later… no apology, breadsticks sat in the window from the time we arrived early at 7:45 to 8:40. Paid over $65 for tonight’s dinner.

Food was great and so was the service and atmosphere. Been a while since I've been there but will be going back soon ?

Sandwiches that were ordered were terrible. Wasn't the greatest experience. I understand they could of been low staffed and with the weather issues but doesn't effect how badly the order was made. Sandwiches had little to nothing on them and the lettuce and tomato on one of the sandwiches were put in the oven as well instead of after taken out.Hot chicken sandwich was not hot and i had to add some stuff from home to make it edible.

I chose donatos over all of the other pizza options in the area because their pizza tastes the best. The meats and veggies they use taste fresh and not something out of a can or something that has been sitting around all day. I'll definitely buy from her again.
