Chim Thai Cafe - Milford

This was our first time eating at this restaurant and it will not be our last. We had the green curry and the yellow curry, both dishes were delicious and the server and owner were very friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit. Steve

If you love pho please do not come here! I didn’t know pho can taste like water and saled with no dressing!!! They are very cheap with their portions.

Ordered panang got overly sweet red curry. Why is hot and sour soup too sweet to eat? Another awful asian food experience. Really, why? Im sure there must be a good one somewhere out here

I hate having to write this review because I have only had wonderful food and experiences at Chim Thai Cafe up until tonight. I don't know what is going on in the kitchen, but please consider this as feedback for improvement. Something is clearly amiss and very disappointing. I hope it is just a one off and the quality took a hit just for one night. Maybe someone new to Thai cooking was starting tonight? The fresh spring roll wrapper wasn't soaked adequately and was hard like paper, the plum sauce was more like a sticky honey than plum sauce, and the pad thai was mushy and flavorless. I hope you can fix this as I do so love eating there and want your business to succeed. What I love about this place is the lovely woman who usually greets us and serves us AND the fact that vegetarians and vegans can be accommodated. There aren't many restaurants that have delicious options for us and tonight was far from delicious. Good luck. I hope you get better soon.

Ordered lunch here today after having been many times over the years. Food is always good, and they offer healthy and unique options. Great soups loaded with veggies and seafood.
