Drive-thru experience: The speaker was clear, and I received a friendly greeting without feeling rushed. My order was repeated back to me for confirmation. What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they mess it up. Today, I ordered the $7 meal deal chicken strip basket. I was asked if I wanted the 4 or 6 piece. I said 6. When I got to the window, I asked after receiving food but no ice cream, if I was supposed to get a sundae with the meal deal. They said I got 6 pieces of chicken strips, so no meal deal. Uggggh, ok. Came out of town. For my child's party, I ordered a few blizzard cakes. The cakes were perfect and the customer service was excellent. Thank you.
We went for Blizzards here yesterday after Walmart almost cooked us because they don't know how to have an appropriate temperature in their business. I ordered an Oreo Blizzard and it was very good. They were covered with a lid so that they did not spill (which was nice) and had the spoon through the straw hole. Overall, I definitely come back here.
I love going to the milk queen, it's a great place to go their food well, their ice cream is good, it's just a good place to go all the way around, I highly recommend it
Website said DQ closed at 9:00 p.m. I went there at 8:43...lo and behold! Closed. Frustrating to say the least. Sign and drive through lights were on. Went back the next day, and all was fine.
It was just okay. Chicken was fine but the fries were meh. One positive was the Blizzard was very well made.
