Wendy's - Miles City

Run. The manager is great. Treat employees well. Treat customers even better. Every time I'm here, I see how the manager interacts with employees and has fun with them. As a customer, they are fast and efficient there. Well occupied because they treat employees well. I always get a good service.

On the way home from South Dakota with a bus full of music children. Service was fast, efficient and phenomenal. Every boy received his order correctly. We ate chaperones and trainers for free. The restaurant was very clean. Recommended for school stops.

Very clean, order was right, food was hot and fresh. Friendly girl in the register with orders. We saw a young lady coming out and spraying and wiping when people left, nice!

Today was the first mobile order I had done in over a year as money is tight these days. I went to pick it up and they had not recieved my order, even though my points were taken and the total came out of my bank account! I asked how to ne refunded and she told I'd have to call the number in the app (it did not work) so congrats Wendy's on robbing me once again.

Stopped by the other day for some drinks. Guess what? This store DID NOT have any ice!!!!!!! WHAT???? No ice at 11:00am, on a day where the temperature was supposed to be 98 degrees. Get off your butt (A Manager) and go buy some ice! This is a business, you have to make adjustments when they are needed. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They should be embarrassed and ashamed that they don’t have any common sense.
