What ნიკოლოზი აბაშიძე doesn't like about Mildura Brewery Pub:
The girl who served us on Saturday afternoon had given up. Beers without heads and 2 Galway pipes served in a middie glass at $15 a glass. She blamed everyone else for her attitude We won't be back. View all feedback.
We stopped at the brewery for lunch. The bar and brewery look fabulous but the menu uninspiring. I settled for prawns and bacon. They came with a lovely salad and lots of chips. There were 6 prawns but they were insipid and came with two small pieces of thin, fatty bacon tail. My partner's calamari was also average.
Just a regular brewery with "nibbles" between 4-6 advertised had a drink and sat for a bit when cheap frozen food as nibbles arrived on our table might be great for 20 year old but not for older generation perhaps nuts pretzels, etc
We come across this place while walking the streets of Mildura." How cool is this " were out thoughts.Greeted by a beautiful staff member , offered a small tasting before purchase, and hooked for life.My choice was the heavy darker beer. Somewhere between a dark ale and a stout. Rich creamy and smooth...Real boutique vibe to this place, clean vibrant , and plenty of seating. The only thing that stopped this being a 5 star........ A staff member banging and thumping , and repairing a table at 11.30am ( yes nearly lunch service ) and we had noise equivalent to gunshots over our head as we were sipping away.We slipped off for lunch somewhere else.
Beer are not expensive, you can taste many beer. They also do good meals! I ate one of the best burger i've eat in Australia. I'll recommend it. Good place !
Wow, you walk in the door and instantly its a place you feel you want to be in. Such great atmosphere. You can view the brewery and shiny stainless steel vats through gleaming glass inside. I went up the circular stairs because you just want to see whats up there. I saw a great looking function room and another view of the brewery.Bar or normal style tables and chairs for dining in aesthetic surroundings. The toilets are also very clean and modern.Lunch was not expensive and features mainly burgers and chips, but done very nicely and not maccas or hungrys styles. Good, thick cut chips. I'm sure the salt and pepper squid would be popular. I had chicken schnitzel burger with yummy home made aioli.I did not mind my meal coming in the cardboard tray, but yes, the plastic knifes and forks could go to minimise plastics. The lovely young man at the bar was very friendly and we enjoyed a jug of beer with our meal for only 10.00. I am not usually a beer drinker but the beer was good, and 1.5 glasses were downed by me.I enjoyed being here and would return. If i lived in Mildura I easily think this would end up being one of my favourite places for lunch.
