I had a wonderful dining experience tonight at Botanica. We received prompt service for our drinks right from the start. The trio of dips for the appetizers was delicious, and the eye fillet main course was cooked to perfection. Both the waitstaff and the chef were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-quality meal.

Restaurant: We have visited this restaurant multiple times and highly recommend it for any occasion. It’s perfect for a quick bite with drinks or a more formal sit-down meal. The food is consistently fresh, and the service is exceptional. Wedding: We held our wedding at the Botanical Gardens in Buronga, with the reception at the Magenta Wool Shed, also located within the Gardens. The catering and the entire event were managed by Dag and Michelle. Michelle was fantastic, accommodating all our requests and questions, making the planning process effortless. On the night of our wedding, everything went smoothly, and I appreciated how well Michelle coordinated with our MC and maid of honor, so we were unaware of any behind-the-scenes needs—they took care of everything. The food was outstanding, and Dag’s support before and during the event was invaluable. Their focus on using local products, including produce grown in the garden, truly highlights the fantastic food resources available in Mildura. Our guests raved about the food, and Dag offered great advice on seating arrangements and menu selections. No one went hungry, and the quality of the dishes was on par with a restaurant, even while catering for 80 people. They also managed food allergies and preferences seamlessly, and accommodating kids’ meals was not an issue at all. I highly recommend both the restaurant and the Gardens. If you’re a local and haven’t tried their food yet, do yourself a favor and visit. If you’re just passing through, be sure to add it to your itinerary because Dag is an exceptional chef who makes great use of our local produce!
