I am used to the level of service that you can expect while visiting Italy (I am a dual citizen) which is slow-paced, less attentive, VERY different than dining... read more I am used to the level of service that you can expect while visiting Italy (I am a dual citizen) which is slow-paced, less attentive, VERY different than dining out in America. I suspect that this is because as Americans servers work hard to earn their tips, because they make a lower wage. Whereas in Italy, servers make a “livable” wage and do not receive tips as part of their culture. However, this dining experience has from the moment we entered has been even worse than what I have come to expect when dining out in Italy. The food nor the experience were anything to write home about.

Bes... read more Unfortunately this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Left waiting at the door despite being noticed by multiple members of staff. Best bit of the meal was that menus and orders were given quickly. Starters arrived. The parmigiana was cold in parts, hot in others. Panelle were incredibly oily . Mains. Seafood lasagne smelled unusually strongly of fish and as expected it did not taste fresh, again it wasn't hot. The tuna ragu was watery and flavourless. Not a single thing was enjoyable to eat. We went somewhere else for dinner afterwards. A real shame.

I had the Norma fir main and it was my favourite meal of our 10 day trip. The staff are helpful and attentive . I would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in the area.
