A friend and local resident of Milan took us to Passerini for a try of her favourite spot for coffee and cake... If you are ever in the Via Victor Hugo area of Milan and looking for a pleasant place to have a break then certainly Passerini is worth a visit... Nice selection of pastries to tempt. We went there for an icecream, which was okay but nothing outstanding and surely far from the best icecream in milano. Dropping the bombshell: we payed unbelievable 18,5 euros for two two-scooped icecreams and half a liter of still water, because they ridiculously booked a 9€ table tax fee!!
