The quality of food is excellent, service is informal and friendly. I really enjoyed the night spent there. Will go back!
We went to Omacase 2 times during the recent trip to Milan in Feb, delicious food, good service, cozy atmosphere, the restaurant located near Navigli, 30 minutes walk from Duomo Centrale. They accept online reservations, meal time limited for 90 to 120 minutes , they served the food efficiently.
One of the very best in Milan when it comes to authentic Japanese food! Great lunch menu including a tea, main course and salad or a soup. The chirashi is simply Great!!!
Sushiteca—often referred to as O.MA.CA.SÉ—is one of Milan 's most recognizable addresses for those seeking authentic Japanese cuisine with a strong personal touch. Located in the Porta Genova area, it offers an experience that departs from the more traditional sushi restaurants, focusing on a more technical and contemporary cuisine while maintaining a traditional foundation. The heart of the restaurant is the counter, where an almost artisanal approach is evident: the fish is handled with precision, and the menu includes both classic dishes and more elaborate preparations, with less conventional yet always balanced combinations. This isn 't straightforward sushi, but a more thoughtful experience that rewards those already familiar with Japanese cuisine. The atmosphere is intimate and orderly, with a calm atmosphere and attentive, often direct, service, in keeping with the type of experience offered. Over time, it has built a loyal clientele, thanks in part to a menu that goes beyond traditional sushi, including hot dishes and more creative preparations. Don 't miss: chirashi, off-menu dishes, and counter-service dishes.
