They kept writing on our table and repeatedly tried to take our food away before we were finished.

However at no point did I feel threatened... read more Disgusting but safe about sums it up. I want to make this absolutely clear from the beginning -the food was revolting. However at no point did I feel threatened during the experience and the hygiene was acceptable. The combination of flavours and the execution of both the starters and main course was really really bad. I'm not exaggerating -I could go into detail about what I had, what my colleague had and why it didn't work but there really would be no point. Everything just tasted sheet -it's not the lack of consideration and thought invested into to everything we tasted but rather just exceptionally bad judgement and taste about what constitutes pleasant food groups. We haven't made it to desert yet but we will persevere as i'm intrigued to see what combination of blobs will be served next.... Oh dear god -thought that they couldn't balls up a desert -but they've succeeded. Cheesecake with a base that tasted like a mcvities digestive biscuit after being stored in someone's orifice for a month. Damp with a strange flavour sensation. Anyway -if you're staying at this hotel and have nowhere else to go -you won't die or face a night with bottom concerns but do NOT expect anything to go right.
