They have some healthy options and the food we tried was not bad but trust me didn’t worth it at all.

Some places, called cafe and bar, seem to be places to get both juice and an alcoholic drink, while some places, called cafe and bar, are places to get an espresso, juice, or pastry. In any case, I really enjoyed all the creative and healthy drink options with different kinds of juices mixed together. This one happens to be at the Milano Nord Cadorna Train Station. There are many many small cafes and bars all over Milan.

A great Bircher muesli layered with fruit and chia pudding, and double espresso. It was so quick and easy to grab (also the Bircher muesli with orange is rather yummy!

They offer lot of options in the healthy section with salad... read more Another ideal place in Milan for quick bites, juices, coffee, sandwiches and some varities of Sushi. They offer lot of options in the healthy section with salad, sandwiches, smoothies and juices. This place is often crowded and hence takeaway is always an option. You would be luckier to get a place to sit
