.and were not abandoned. the starter buffet was amazing. there were all kinds of meat, seafood, cheese and various vegetables. we ordered the T-bones steaks (fo... read more .and were not abandoned. the starter buffet was amazing. there were all kinds of meat, seafood, cheese and various vegetables. we ordered the T-bones steaks (for two) and risotto for two. the risotto was good with a freshly grated parmesan cheese. the waiter was the...big! he brought the huge T-Knochen-Steak next to us and cut him into smaller rest. the steak was served with homemade chips. these chips were the best I ever tried and the steak was no less equal. we ordered the steak medium rarely and it was less likely than expected, although the meat was still very delicate and tasty. I never tasted meat that was so raw and was filled with such taste. after the main course we asked for only one dessert so that we could all get a little taste. we ordered chocolate cake, but the waiter refused and recommended to order something else. we told him to bring something good, and he came with tiramisu, homemade ice cream and bake with marque. he came with two liqueurs, limoncello and special Sicilian liqueurs, all at the price of one dessert. the Sicilian fleet deserves its own praise. it was filled with taste and I recommend definately! all around the rest of the experience was the best I ever had and hope that this restaurant with continued similar experiences for all happy enough to come!

Il borghetto is so typical for mailand outside the usual fashion supermarket restaurants. it is located a bit away from the city part duomo, in an old style mil... read more Il borghetto is so typical for mailand outside the usual fashion supermarket restaurants. it is located a bit away from the city part duomo, in an old style milanese enclave. the restaurant has been refurbished and the entire atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. there is a great choice of food, but meat is in the did to die; perhaps coupled with fresh fried pommes, commonly known as “erotic chips”. weinkeller is also well equipped, with a series of solid red to enjoy the Tuscan meat. last, the service is above the tip; well experienced waiters make the dining room experience very pleasant; attention to details is a priority to them. in the did a restaurant to go back, also to enjoy the garden terrace available during the summer season. booking is a must.

Though everyone was real... read more One would have thought that being placed at a table for four by the kitchen was a good thing, but, we were sat down and then forgotten! Though everyone was really nice and friendly, the service was super slow — slow food at such slow pace that when our steak got to us, it was icy cold!!! (We sent it back to the kitchen, to be warmed up in the oven again! Won’t be going back.
