The preparation and the decoration of the food are excellent. The ingredients appear to be of good quality, too. But there is so much going on in the dishes that it is difficult to tell. E.g. seared tuna carpaccio with orange confit, orange peel, olives and capres. Or seared tuna with truffles and pan fried fresh foie gras. Blindfolded, I guess it could have been beef. I recommend to optimize the excellent substanco

The ristto was not to our taste, which can happen, but besides more than halfe of the plate going back we weren't asked why. The fish on the salt stone was good quality, but they gave us a Gambas we didn't order and charged that with 6€. That it self wasn't the problem, but the answer to our request what this position on the bill was, was horrid. The waiter acted personally attacked and attacked back, with out any reason.
