The preparation and the decoration of the food are excellent. The ingredients appear to be of good quality, too. But there is so much going on in the dishes that it is difficult to tell. E.g. seared tuna carpaccio with orange confit, orange peel, olives and capres. Or seared tuna with truffles and pan fried fresh foie gras. Blindfolded, I guess it could have been beef. I recommend to optimize the excellent substanco

The ristto was not to our taste, which can happen, but besides more than halfe of the plate going back we weren't asked why. The fish on the salt stone was good quality, but they gave us a Gambas we didn't order and charged that with 6€. That it self wasn't the problem, but the answer to our request what this position on the bill was, was horrid. The waiter acted personally attacked and attacked back, with out any reason.

T... read more What I could add more than the title, nothing apart the fact that the service received was way above the great ones I had in the best places visited in Milan. The Fishion Restaurant was a fantastic surprise during my last business trip in Milan. The team is super formal and as well as super welcoming, a very rare combination not easy to find. We had an amazing lunch with my colleagues (all good gourmet), and all of us where astonished by the quality of the food (presented and prepared like masterpieces to admire), by the superb wine list and by the comfortable atmosphere. All is driven with such a professional approach towards the customers that makes the experience so smooth but at the same time so pleasant and unique. Definitely I will come back and I would recommend this place to all my friends. Well done guys and looking forward to see one of your restaurants opening in London soon.

It hits ALL the right buttons.... read more Just returned from 3 weeks of great eating in Italy and Fishion, hands down, is the best restaurant that we ate at on our visit. It hits ALL the right buttons. Menu is very creative, food is very well prepared, wine list is wonderful. The ambiance is beautiful...great job by management to make a nice, nice space. But the best part is that the management/staff could not have been more cordial. They are great to interpret the menu into English and make suggestions. Really, really nice people make for a very positive dining experience. If you want to have remarkable dining experience you won't be disappointed if you try Fishion.
