The beau... read more A Perfect Find for Our Last Night in Milan What a great discovery! Dry Aged in the Genova area of Milan is rightly featured in the Michelin Guide 2025. The beautifully lit exterior draws you into a stylish, modern interior. We were lucky to be seated near the open kitchen, where we could watch the chefs cut and prepare the steaks — a real treat for any meat lover. We ordered two tasting menus between the three of us: the Discovery for fillet lovers and the 100 Aged for rib-eye enthusiasts. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The rib-eye was even cut, weighed, and shown to us before being perfectly cooked and carved. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout.
