We arrived after booking a table, 3 waitress women attending and none of them even looked at us even when we said hi like 2 times.... read more It was a very bad experience. We arrived after booking a table, 3 waitress women attending and none of them even looked at us even when we said hi like 2 times. We thought they were just busy but actually they were just being very impolite. Luckily and is the only person polite there, a blonde kind of ginger man who was there say hi properly and offer us a table he should work in a better place We don’t like the table because we had to share with other people so we waited for a better one in the bar. Women were the same, very distant and even there none of them was gentil or nice. We ask 2 wines and of course, she gave us the most expensive one she had without asking. So we paid 20 euros for 2 glasses of wine in an “Italian restaurant “ run by Chinese people so please don’t go there. I understand they don’t like their jobs but I taking advantage of tourist with a rude actitud is never the way to go.

Ciciarà feels like a local’s hidden gem it is not your typical tourist destination italian restaurant and the staff even suggests you have a look at the menu b... read more Ciciarà feels like a local’s hidden gem it is not your typical tourist destination italian restaurant and the staff even suggests you have a look at the menu before you make yourself comfortable at a table. we saw a few parties change their minds, and it is truly their loss because the food is incredible! the restaurant focuses on seasonality and sustainability, meaning the menu changes constantly, the ingredients are fresh, and you are treated to flavors and textures you’ve never had before. each dish is put together with care and intention, the portions are not big but every bite is satisfying. ciciara is a perfect example of my favorite kind of restaurant to discover when i travel

We found it while looking for a... read more Awesome food and great waiters! After spending a few days in Venice prior to Milan, this meal was easily the best we had so far. We found it while looking for available day-of dinner reservations a few hours before they opened. We asked the waitress for wine recommendations for our dinner and her recommendations were spot on, excellent picks that worked great for our individual meals. Dessert was also her recommendation and it was great! Atmosphere was exactly what we wanted, a little bit more casual homey interior after we had a long day, with absolutely excellent food. Thanks!
