The staff including the sommelier was taking great care of us, explained everything with patience and even looked up the name of a special spice in English for us. The food spoke for itself, lovely arrangements, intelligent flavor compositions and textures respecting nature and using more of an animal than just the filet. The master himself, Eugenio Boer, also made a tour and greeted every guest and had a nice chat. We‘ll be back the next time we‘re in Milano!
