Damn it... read more After a long journey from florenz to mailand we could not wait to try koch tokuyoshis (former Bottura cuisine). we started with the negitoro with souly. Damn it was so good and fresh that I almost cried. then the marrow was super rich and tasteful....use a bit of salt I would say, but still delicious! the ritters were ok, as the broth also lacked a bit of salt. Finally we had the Gyoza cake and was pretty good. the service must be better trained as some waiters know more and some were just part of the time job students. overall we really enjoyed our eating there and we recommend it for food lovers!
