The food was in a chategory we hadn’t tried before and we were so pleasantly surprised over the Japanese flavours from Italian ingredients. The level of service was extremely high, big thanks to the fantastic team and the sommelier who had some really interesting wine suggestions. The interior and ambiance was also a pleasant surprise. Very elegant, but yet such a relaxed atmosphere, the perfect combination according to me.

We have decided to order the tasting menù, as there where so many amazing things that we preferred to have a lil taste of everything. We were a bit scared it would have been a bit too small amount of food: we have received 6 different plates in total, but with portions x2, of the most incredible, tasty, in line with Japanese culture, food. At the end, homemade sorbetto per due. It was an incredible experience, I highly recommend it!
