The first time I liked it but this time I liked to sort out more. It is not the Japanese classic, which I would not like, but a source of good and stimulating proposals and combinations.
The choice of the chef tokuyoshi to turn the previous restaurant into a bentoteca during the lock down if on one side has safeguarded places of work and turnover on the other is affected by that starry structure that first allowed a really superlative cuisine and out of the usual canons. now you eat very well, but it seems to be at the omen of nyc both for the type of kitchen and for the type of clientele, much more informal and young
A special place that nourishes the spirit. all perfect from service to the goodness of the culinary proposal.
At most mediocre food with very high price. we tried two different omakase menu, most of the food is below average that I could not even finish so I left it to my bf. I believe the ingredients of the dishes are very good, but the taste is just too salty and greasy. It’s not hard to find other Japanese restaurants doing better omakase(not sure about in Milan yet-written by a tourist). Service is very good tho.
