She is very rude towards the customer... read more The place seems nice with a lovely environment, but the atmosphere is ruined by the inadequate behaviour of the bartender. She is very rude towards the customers and I believe will make the bar loose not only customers but appeal. If I were the boss, I would immediately dismiss her. She started yelling at us because according to her we were not wearing masks properly, but we were wearing the masks in the right direction, covering nose and mouth as they are supposed to. But apparently she didn't want to serve us and hence starting screaming for no reason. I believe that these type of people should not be allowed to have direct client relationships. Me and my friends were totally unsatisfied and we left without ordering. We wanted to call the manager to report her behavior. I would be more than happy to talk with the manager and face the problem in person. If this waitress stays there, I am afraid I will never come back and I will give negative feedback and advertising to the place with all of my friends. Since we live in Isola, it will not be convienient for the bar since they would loose potential new customers among students.

Small and intimate and open till late. The best cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere like being in a backyard party in Australia only in Milan instead. Well worth a visit in Isola! I highly recommend it!
