Make a third window for all the messed up orders you serve, I'll sit at the pickup window and go through my order for now on to make sure my hard earned money is getting the correct order.if I hold up traffic well that's what happens, View all feedback.
Well it's McDonald's, what one one expect. Breakfast is the main thing keeping them going, lunch and dinner is way overpriced for quality. But then this is what $18/hr gets one. Kid-friendliness: No longer kid friendly since they remodeled and removed the play place.

Either their stuff always breaks but when I was eating in the lobby one time with family I heard one of the managers swearing and yelling to stop selling ice cream because they didn 't want to do it anymore. Also the fries are never EVER fresh!!

read moreThey had brand new people working the window not communicating at all. When we got to the window she messes up the order 3 times. Then once she gets our money she doesn’t hand a receipt or communicate or give us our change just sat down. We waited until 4 cars lined up behind us then she finally realized and handled the situation. At no point she told me what amount the total was when she fixed it nor told me we had no change to receive. Very unprofessional, please train your employees on customer service before working the window of all things.
