Went up to the bar to be greeted in a rudely manor after asking if it was ok to order so... read more Popped into Racketts this afternoon to order 3 take away sunday roasts. Went up to the bar to be greeted in a rudely manor after asking if it was ok to order some take away dinners. After the OWNER started writing our order out, we changed a couple of items on the dinners and added some other things on for an extra charge of course which didnt matter to me. He threw down his pen and paper and rudely said erghhh let me start again and huffed and puffed. So he re wrote the order, and continously wasnt listening to us what we were saying. It was 2 separate orders to be paid separate. After he then went into the kitchen to tell the chef and then had the cheek to come out to us and say well that didnt go down too well I said what do you mean he looked at me and rudely snatched the menus off the bar. After that I had had enough of being spoken to like **** in a place where my money and custom should have been valued!!! The women waitress who works there aswell is very rude and very disengaging with customers and actually tells YOU what YOU want. I am disgusted and dissapointed at the service I recieved today, as I have previously been in racketts a few times before for sunday roasts and its been wonderful. I will NEVER return!!!! The owner needs to sortt his stinking attitude out and actually SMILE at customers instead of sitting there and smoking constantly!!!!!!!

Big chunks of tender meat in a rich gravy. A must if you visit.
