We ate there again last night and wasn’t surprised to see they had celebrated being in business 40 years. It’s not a surprise because they serve an excellent choice of menu , top quality food and first class service at very competitive prices. If you are in Pueblo and haven’t tried Fiesta you are missing out. An easy 5 stars

Their grilled meats always work, but the menu is great all round. I’ll be coming for my 3-rd visit next time.

My wife's steak was chewy and abundant in fat and my chicken curry was only just passable. Maybe we were unlucky as others we have spoken to rave about the Fiesta.
