My colleague and I both opted for the create your own burger; brioche bun, burger and various toppings plus a portion of fries each of which the fries were warm, hence my colleague asked for a replacement bowl of fries, with the replacement fries being as they should have been: hot. With regard to my burger, when it came off the grill it had obviously not been left to rest, and as such it was still swimming in it's own grease, so much so that I had to dry my hands after every bite. If we do decide to go out for a burger during our stay in La Cala next year we will not be a burger from Dak's.
