After waiting for 45 minutes, the waiter finally took our order, only to return with the owner who mentioned that he didn't have a place to enter our order into the computer system. The acting manager was unfriendly, and the owner went so far as to blame the band for our poor experience! If you can't handle large crowds, maybe you should consider a different business model. They pointed fingers at the band for adding extra tables, but interestingly, the table next to us was not even added, and they didn’t receive service either! After an hour of waiting and a difficult conversation with the owner, we ended up leaving without any service.

The service was incredibly slow, and the food was quite forgettable—just standard bar fare with little flavor.
