What Dawn Hershey doesn't like about Lupita's Valley:
The refried beans, black beans and rice were really good. I'm very appreciative of the consistency and quality of meat in the shredded beef and chicken enchiladas! However, they definitely weren't as smothered as I would prefer an enchilada to be; they were a bit dry. The House Margarita was very sweet and not a hint of taste of any alcohol or lime. Food was ok, nothing special but a step up from Taco Bell . What killed it was the staff! The service was sadly terrible. We had to ask to be seated, once we were we had to ask for waters, once we ordered we had to ask for chips (salsa bar is open for everyone). Once food was delivered we asked for silverware. Our drink spilled and we asked someone to help us get napkins and they walked away and never came back-had to get paper towels from the bathroom. They even messed up our bill and we had to point out the mistakes. We tried it but we won't be coming back. Food and feeling is amazing. (Particularly the food) Like seriously, the food is absolutely top tier. But it's a commitment of time, so if you want to eats fast, not really for you. Great restaurant in a small town. Salsa bar is a nice touch. Food was great...sorry I didn't take any pictures at the time.
