Smoked meats are their specialty. Big portions... probably 1 plate is enough for 2. Had rib meat combo with 2 sides. Brisket was tasty. Also had a huge pile of pulled pork. For how beautiful the resort I was honest was really surprised about the lack of glamour service and quality of food. The breadsticks were bland and pizza was just a slight improvement. When I saw that they had a bar, I asked if I could get a beer and were told they had no bartender for the night. Who doesn't have a bartender during dinner? Of course I was quite disappointed.
