And then I tried to eat my salt sticks but there wasn... read more I got my food in drive thru faster than usual. But I felt as if the cashier was mad at me for being there. And then I tried to eat my salt sticks but there wasn't enough fry on them. They did manage to scrape the onions off my burger. Lady, I am not the reason you work there. Don't take your anger out on me. This is why I only try wendys once every few years.This location did not look closed.

I placed an order online for pickup and ended up waiting 5 minutes in the drive-thru and another 20 minutes in the waiting area. When I got home, I discovered t... read more I placed an order online for pickup and ended up waiting 5 minutes in the drive-thru and another 20 minutes in the waiting area. When I got home, I discovered that part of my order was missing. While the customer service team was helpful and gave me a credit, it didn't even cover the cost of the missing item. I won't be returning.

When we returned to request t... read more The morning staff was asked to prepare two combos: one Baconator and one Maple Bacon Egg Sandwich. Instead, we received a burrito. When we returned to request the missing sandwich, they handed us a bag, but when we asked if it contained the Baconator, they pulled it back and came back with another bag. To our surprise, it turned out to be yet another burrito! I can’t help but wonder what kind of cosmic force is at play here to mess up an order of just two items three times. It’s utterly ridiculous.
