I've visited this location several times, and I generally find the service and food to be satisfactory. However, during my latest visit, my pizza was undercooked and quite doughy. Additionally, one of the staff members preparing the pizza was unfriendly and rude to customers. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
The pizza came out quickly, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it was tasty for what it is, and I particularly enjoyed the crust. My son really liked his cheese pizza; it was great all around. However, my pepperoni and sausage pizza had very little cheese and was patchy. Come on, there really needs to be more cheese! Food rating: 3/5.
I ordered a personal pizza and a lemonade for $11. The pizza was perfectly made, fresh, and hot. I'll definitely be coming back! Food: 5/5
Pizza was good. Customer service was mid. One guy was extremely rude and when we asked for a mini caesar salad he said they were too busy to make one. I asked him if that was a no then? and he responded ?are you dying for it?? Will not be coming back tothis location :
I ordered two salads on Friday. I ate one and was saving the other for Saturday. The second one was the wrong salad. I broke it back and the manager was awesome. He asked if I wanted a replacement or my money back. I said a replacement. I fact I would liketwo, the replacement andi will pay for the other. He wouldn't allow me to pay for the additional one. I don't judge whensomeone makes a mistake, I judge by how they own it.
