I was here for the first time and waited for the drive-thru. no answer for about 8-10 minutes. the 5 cars ahead of me moved forward, so I moved up and tried to wait to order in the window, then the car moves behind me and I hear hi, I can take her order now I am in agreement with no commanded and so I called, the manager explained the situation and he said ok let her put on a short stop. I was on all the way to the window where I finally hanged and ordered in the window. it was about 25 minutes now. the type said I'm sorry, took my command and said they knew what? I'll give them a cookie for their effort, please let them pass the dumpsters and we'll get your food out. I only had to wait 20 minutes while they helped the 4 cars behind me. I ordered 2 children's dishes 2 deer. 44 mice. I come after the long wait for home and our 2 children's meals were so small that they don't even feed 1 child to eat the half of my dinner. good that I had this little cookie. unnecessary to say this place is ****. If you're hungry, go somewhere else.
I had an amazing experience at cubbies. Sam is the best worker ever. He is handsome, has strong hands, and delivers that’s 9” sub impeccably. Love u Sam.
Either this is the worst cubby’s in Utah or the whole cubby’s chain has drastically decreased their portion sizes (salads in particular). I’ve been going to cubby’s regularly for about 3 years, but just moved closest to the Midvale location and have been disappointed on each visit. Their salads are about half the size and do not come in the bowl containers they used to or other locations have, to try and hide the fact that they are way smaller? I’m not sure. After my second attempt at this location, I have to call it quits. $14 for a salad that’s only worth about $9 at the VERY best. Flavor is there but not worth your money, good chance you will be disappointed
This cubby's is literally the worst one in Utah. This is my third time coming home from an order pick up and there was a something missing. This time they forgot the steak on my steak salad. When I called to get a refund the manager didnt say sorry, was super short and hung up quickly. It's run by teens on their phones. Seriously the worst. Save yourself the money.

I am devastated by the decline in quality of my favorite burger at this restaurant. I used to love it and was willing to pay extra for it, but now it's like a kids' meal. I can't justify coming back if the burgers are no longer satisfying. The portion size has drastically decreased, leaving me feeling hungry. It's disappointing to pay $20 for a burger and fries and still not be full. I miss the way the burger used to be and hope it can regain its former glory.
The Houdini Burger at Cubby's is the best burger I have ever had. I have tried it at multiple Cubby's locations, but the one I had today at Fort Union did not meet my expectations. The patty was smaller, thinner, and overcooked, which was very unexpected. I will likely try this location again in the future, but I hope they can improve their burger quality to match their usual standards.
Amazing food, just shrinkflation got the best of them. Pay so much for so little…..
Food is good, don’t get me wrong. But the drive thru service is painfully slow. Could grow my own lettuce in the time it takes to get a salad here. They are often out of some stuff if you come past 7 or 8 too. The drive thru is also very awkward to get into with the parking lot set up.

I was excited to try the Houdini Burger and sweet potato fries. I asked for no greens and I got a sandwich full of greens and only 1 small little mushroom piece . The hamburger flavor was ok but dry. I feel for $18 and some change they should have betterquality and service. I ate one fry right after she handed me my bag and they weren't even warm cold fries right off. What adisappointment this place was.
Cubby?s never ceases to disappoint. Several months ago, I waited for over 30 min at the drive thru window while my food was made. Finally decided to give them another shot today. My pickup time was over 15 minutes ago. We?ll see how long I wait. Guynext to me just got his pickup order, over 25 minutes after the time. Cubby?s has two major issues quality control (portionsare always a crapshoot) and time. They are consistently understaffed and under trained. A shame, as the concept and food (whenprepared correctly) is great. Unfortunately, this was their last chance. Not coming back. Update: they also forgot tomatoes andcilantro on my salad ????
I love Cubby?s! And I?ve always had a good experience, except today. I was not happy to pay so much for a salad that wasn?t edible. The lettuce was brown and smelled so bad.
Got the try tip sandwich and it was amazing! Melts in your mouth it?s so good! And the spicy sauce has some! Ryan helped us out tremendously and was amazing! Even gave us free desserts since it was our first time. 10/10! Best sandwich place!
I love Cubby?s Houdini burger and fries, but NOT the last two times I?ve been here. My meat has been dry, the bacon was burnt, there is barely any mayonnaise, the fries were overly cooked and not fresh I can just tell). I wish you guys were consistentin making good food. Especially since I?m paying $11 for a burger. ????????
