All the workers were super nice and kind. It started with my son holding the door for one of the workers and after he said thank you, he jumped and held the other door for us. ?? They were working so hard and there was a grumpy customer (for no reason thatI could see) and they handled it with a smile and even apologized. We ate in the table area and the workers checked on us andeven brought our food to our table. Super impressed with this place!
Clean playground! It?s so refreshing to walk into the play place and not just smell sweat! Food was good and so was the service.
I?ve come here 4 times in the last couple weeks and compared to other chick fila locations like Fashion Place, The hospital, West Jordan, West Valley this location just isn?t doing it for me. Every time the team members never read back my order, atevery other location every person who helps you along the way confirms your order with you they don?t rush you and they alsoalways ask about the app to scan this location doesn?t seem to do these two basic things. It also a hit or miss if you get afriendly team member on order taking. Either they rush your through the process or just don?t here you correctly at all becausethey are just trying to do it as fast as possible instead of focusing on the customers voice and letting them tell what theirorder is. I know the Operator is amazing but some team members need to step up
UPDATE! Melissa did refund my money and was very nice. I probably will go back but won?t order drinks or a shake that can spill. This location is awful. Did not put the lid on my shake all the way and as they handed it to me it spilled everywhere. Did notoffer to help clean it up. It ruined the carpet in my car which I had to get professionally cleaned. When I emailed the managerhe sent me some free coupons. I will never go there again so I don?t even want them. Told him I wanted a refund on my food andgot ignored.
We have been to many Chick-fil-As across the country and this one is first where we have had some issues. First, the greetings aren 't as warm welcoming as they usually are. Secondly, I had a problem with my food. Coffee was lukewarm and hash brownswere soggy lukewarm. I took it to the counter there was no I 'm so sorry. Just an annoyed look with fresh coffee will take6 min . The usual cheerful and customer service happy attitude just wasn 't there. No customary, my pleasure. Definitely moretraining is needed in the Chick-fil-A way.
