Food looked good, though it could have a bit more flavour. The milkshakes was awesome. They only had 1 high chair which was used so my baby well could not get a high chair. The outside seating is not kid friendly, no back rests. Took a while for the food to arrive. Waiter was friendly. Though had to wait to see her and ger her attention for assistance. Feel it is abit overpriced. View all feedback.

The bathroom is disgustingly dirty. Really off-putting. Food is a mixed bag. Normally the burgers are pretty good. The ice-cream on the waffle was icy and tastes stale.
Great place for a burger. They made a unique veggie burger.
A Warm Welcome and incredibly good food from Vincent, Catherine and Team. Catherine and Vincent were continually attentive to our needs and made our casual dining experience memorable.
A bar staff in Marriott hotel recommended RocoMamas when I had craving for ribs but the main restaurant which serves ribs was closed due to COVID19. Food ordered : 1. Beef ribs in Old school BBQ —— 4/5 : flame grilled ribs, abundant sauce, yummy 2. Buffalo wings in Hot sauce —— 1/5 : over cooked wings, tasteless sauce(bad combination) 3. Fries (mistakenly ordered by the manager)—— 1/5 : Staff didn’t rectify their mistake and charged me for the item I hadn’t ordered. As the restaurant manager was processing credit card payment, he said, “I didn’t check your order properly, did I? Sorry. “ Instead of offering a solution like taking it off from my bill, he handed over a receipt to me saying “Enjoy your meal! Bye.” Poor customer service is inexcusable. Will I go back to RocoMamas? : Most definitely NOT. Food quality are average. The way the manager handled the issue was arrogant, inattentive and irresponsible.
Visited RocoMamas Melrose Arch while visiting Johannesburg, South Africa. great ambience, very friendly service, great range of burgers, delicious food and great food presentation. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger. Chicken wings, fries and drinks. The restaurant is also halaal certified. Loved it. Highly recommend it.
