I am so disappointed with the fireroom mall of africa. The service is terrible, starting from the door assistants they are so all over the place. We arrived around 17:30 and we had our food around 7 pm. The service is terrible. I absolutely loved every second!! They made my birthday so spechial, even though it was a hard one,not being witg my family for the first time, but Kream made this night perfect! Food was incredible. That steak melted away in my mouth and the desert, i can't even describe. Thank you Kream for an unforgettable night.

We celebrated our anniversary there last night, and all I can say is wow! A huge thank you to the incredible staff and manager for providing us with such an amazing experience and for going above and beyond to make us feel special. Always a great experience. Romon and his team make everyone feel like VIPs and they undoubtedly have the best Chicken Livers in the world. Can’t go wrong with a fillet from their grill master either!
Best steak I've eaten in months, cooked perfectly medium, and my husband's medium steak was amazing, too.
