Apon a visit to the mosque we just took a drive around then a quick walk into the shops. We came here to see what they have on offer. Most of the items here are very sweet or dunked in syrup like baklava varieties. I can't remember the names of the items we bought but the one which is like a doughnut/pretzel with chocolate in it wasn't bad as it wasn't syrupy.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today and found it to be a fantastic spot for a quiet meeting, conveniently located for everyone. I stayed for lunch to try Turkish cuisine for the first time, and I really enjoyed the meal. I’ll definitely be back!
This restaurant is a flavorful and intriguing find. I initially visited for a meeting but ended up staying for a meal. The coffee is excellent, as one would expect from a Turkish establishment. We decided to indulge in a late "Turkish Breakfast," which featured delicious sesame-flavored bread, a fantastic peanut spread, tasty cheese, and a hearty meaty omelette mix. Each dish was perfectly spiced, making for an aromatic and delightful dining experience.
Every Saturday and Sunday, the Istanbul Bakery in the Nizamiye complex in Midrand offers a delightful open buffet featuring a divine Turkish breakfast. You can enjoy roasted vegetables, salads, soups, and a variety of other options.
