The food we did receive was of very poor quality. The manager was indifferent to our concerns. I even had to drive back to the store to get it corrected. There are numerous negative reviews about this location. Wingstop should consider closing this store or finding new management. It's clear that the owners don’t care about quality, given the overwhelming number of bad reviews on local social media.

So, I decided to dr... read more I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this location. First, I tried to place my order online, only to find out that it wasn't available. So, I decided to drive to the restaurant and order in person. When I arrived, I noticed several people waiting for their orders, but there was no one at the register to assist. I waited for about 10 minutes while I could see staff cooking in the kitchen, but no one came to the register or acknowledged the customers. Ultimately, I chose to take my money elsewhere.

Once we got home and opened the food, we realized that two side orders were missing — we had paid for vegetables and corn. I tried calling the manager to address the issue, but she hung up on me and took the phone off the hook, leaving me with a busy signal. This was the worst dining experience I've had in the area. The fries were so overly salted that we had to throw them away. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time and money. I do NOT recommend this restaurant. Just check the reviews; it really is terrible.

I waited over an hour for my order, and even after politely asking three times, I was bluntly told that my order was next, even as other orders were being handed out. When we finally received our order, it was completely wrong. I requested a refund, but the staff member at the counter was extremely unpleasant and did not provide a receipt; we had to take a photo of it ourselves. I will definitely not be returning. To make matters worse, we received bone-in chicken instead of the chicken strips we ordered, and I have no idea what the sauce is meant to be.
