Had a miscommunication accident at the register which leads to me returning home with the wrong wing flavor, when I returned to the store and the manager quickly made the correct wings as well as freshly remaking the rest of my order and I received it in less than 2 minutes. A manager and staff couldn?t have handled the situation any better thank you my local wingstop Mansfield Branded Burgers Grill View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
The service was incredibly slow, far beyond a reasonable wait time. It wasn't even during rush hour but we saw several people returning to the counter with incorrect or missing items, including us. It's unclear if there was a mix-up in the kitchen or if the cash registers were not inputting orders correctly. The only solution is to double check your order before leaving the restaurant. Well no more wings, I was going to order and I saw the reviews got worst. I was good at 3 something
Horrible, horrible, horrible. don't answer phone for one. order was completely wrong. what we did get was extremely poor quality. manager didn't care. had to drive back up to get corrected. many bad reviews here. wingstop should close this store or find new ownership. owners obviously don't care about quality judging on the number of terrible review on community social media page.
No no and no long story short waited an hour for food after being told 20 mins then they left off the wings. Only wings, tenders and corn were in the order. Like HOW?? I politely asked for a refund. You don't have to worry about us again.
Thought I'd come back and try again with this location. Ordered my wings online early since I knew they were going to be busy. Went to go pick them up and still decided to wait in the car knowing they still weren't going to be ready. 25-30 min go by I go in to get my food and still wasn't ready. The staff were struggling and unorganized, should be trained properly. The wings were supposed to be lemon pepper, there was barely any seasoning. Fries looked very questionable, soggy and soft. Nothings changed
This place is terrible and gives a bad name to the brand. employees are rude and manager doesnt care. they don 't answer the phones and are rude when they do. the food quality is horrible-under cooked, deformed, some with no meat on bones, black in color/possibly spoiled. this location should be shut down by the city or the corporation. Tim Smith, owner, either don 't know what he 's doing or what is going on (how can he not with all the terrible reviews that he has responded to the last 4 years) or he does and he doesn 't care. This place has been here over 4 years and 4 years of bad reviews, bad food, and bad service. funny how the good reviews aren 't even from this town. Watch and see if the owner replies and gives some thanks for bringing it to our attention line. Sad thing is, bad food and bad service go hand in hand here and always have. NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE BECAUSE THE OWNER DOESN 'T CARE!
