1 hour wait on a single meal. Cold food.
3-14-24Going to start time stamping my updates since I try this location every so often to see if it gets better. Well I'd say it's better than last time I went since last time I went wait times were an hour. This time it was 14 minutes from my order to getting my food only for my burger to be cold. I can't recommend this location to people still as the service just hasn't been good in years.
This is the slowest Whataburger I've ever visited. The one across town is significantly better in every way. The service here is extremely slow, and the food quality is just mediocre. I wouldn't recommend using the drive-thru... just avoid it altogether.
I will never ever ever return to this terribly slow location. An hour in the drive thru after I pre ordered. Insane.
The worst fast food restaurant in Midlothian. You would expect that after spending $15 on a meal and waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, the food would at least be warm. But that was not the case!
