Whataburger - Midlothian

Food is good never changes it seems, but the wait is why I give it lower stars. Whataburger has never had fast service at times I feel like I could go to a sit down restaurant and order and eat faster than they prepare the food through drive through. I am also not happy dine-in haa not been open for a long time, but at other locations they offer sit down and eat.

You really need to read this review??? Cmon, its whataburger! They have the very best of the fast food burgers. I will say that branded burger down the street is an equal competitor(actually better) but as far as big chains go, whataburger is the finest. I 'd go for the mushroom swiss if i were you. You can 't go wrong with any option though, so if your going to increase your chance of cardiac arrest, this is the place to do it at.

Very disappointed about this location. Several times ordering from this location, they have been getting my orders wrong. Items that I paid extra for are missing. Things like cheese and ranch or gravy. Recently the evening and night crew have been awful and my recent order was disgusting. No cheese on my burger that I paid for so I had to find a slice of cheese to replace it and PINKNESS IN THE MIDDLE!? No disgusting. When trying to call the location directly no one answered the phone so I was left to call customer service. The guy with customer service said he would take my information down and figure a way for my compensation and I should hear something within 3 to 5 business days from someone. Up till November 8, 2021 and NOTHING. This place is a joke and I wouldn?t recommend this location. Go somewhere else.

Love Whataburger and unfortunately I'm leaving Texas. Go for one last Meal and they forget the bacon on my Whataburger. Burger tastes fine otherwise, fries hot and fresh
