I’ve ordered from this restaurant before, but today’s experience was the worst! First, they forgot my cinnamon roll. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, but instead of hash browns, I got fries, which were cold and hard and tasted terrible. The sandwich didn’t have any hash browns, and the sauce was messy. To top it off, the cinnamon roll wasn’t even warmed up; it seemed like it came straight from the freezer. The cashier was also unprofessional, going on about someone in a way that was inappropriate.
Don't forget to double-check your order before you leave. I've been visiting this Whataburger for several years without any problems, but during my last three visits, they've forgotten items I paid for, messed up my order, or given me something completely different. My relatives have experienced the same issues as well. I've learned my lesson and won't be returning to this Whataburger again.
The manager yelled at me from the window for ordering a #1. I will never return to this restaurant. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I plan to contact corporate about this incident. She was extremely rude and demonstrated very poor managerial skills.
1 hour wait on a single meal. Cold food.
3-14-24Going to start time stamping my updates since I try this location every so often to see if it gets better. Well I'd say it's better than last time I went since last time I went wait times were an hour. This time it was 14 minutes from my order to getting my food only for my burger to be cold. I can't recommend this location to people still as the service just hasn't been good in years.
