The service was excellent, and the smoothies were great. The Cuban sandwich tasted good, but it could have been pressed a bit longer for better warmth.

One of the managers there is just absolutely horrid. She cusses and swears in front of the customers and children, talks overly loud about being ?off her meds.? And all in all doesn?t have a very professional attitude and ruined my experience there.

I went in to get a smoothie and ended up waiting for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Despite making eye contact with the employees several times, no one came over to take our order, even though the place was empty.

We visited this morning and while the staff was very friendly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was quite lacking. When I tried to pull out a chair, it was actually stuck to the floor. There was trash scattered around all the tables, and the bathroom waste bin was overflowing. It's only 8:45 AM, so there's really no excuse for it to be this dirty so early in the day.

5 star review for the young man, Charles(? , working there each time I go. He provides the best customer service I?ve ever experienced in any retail setting and his sincerity while interacting with customers makes me happy. He must be cherished.
