Texas Roadhouse - Midlothian

I went on a Friday night to Texas Roadhouse I order my 6 oZ filet with Mash Medwell I got my steak we was Med rare but it wasn't even cooked at all it was Rare, so I told the manager DANIELLE ROSS (Manager) to up-cook my steak she said okay she came back with my steak it was medium and not med well I waited 38mins for 1 steak I asked for a new mash cause it got cold waiting for my food. DANIELLE ROSS said it will be $2.99 more if you want a new side with a nasty attitude. She was talking about me with the other severs near the host stand laughing acting like I didn't hear her. She charged me for a new side of mash. I definitely will not be coming at this location at all. They definitely need new management!!!!!!!!

9/19/2023. My wife and I went there and the service was good. The food not so much. The Rib Eye was good but the French Fries weren 't crisp and neither was the 'sad ' house salad.

Comfortable atmosphere, awesome service and wonderful food. And great drinks. Family friendly restaurant.

I had my birthday dinner here. Everything tasted great. I got a 16 ounce steak they potato salad. It was delicious highly recommend. They even brought a saddle out for me to sit on for my birthday.!! yeah

I have never had a bad meal at a Texas Roadhouse and this one did not disappoint! The service was spot on and the food was delicious. My steak was cooked a perfect medium rare as was my hubby's prime rib. The cocktails were great too! If you are just looking for a solid unpretentious meal this is your spot.
