Very convenient location in a pretty shopping center. My drinks are always good and the service is fast. Staff is super friendly and helpful ? Quick in and out for a drink before or after shopping. What Katmum doesn't like about Starbucks:
Ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher...we were informed when we got to the drive thru window that they did not have dragonfruit but this drink would be sweet and fabulous without it..it was a little after 6am and my granddaughter had to catch her bus..ok we'll try this bland looking drink...so almost $10 later we were gagging on this nightmare...I returned the two drinks after she got on her bus...why sell this if i... I love this location so much!!!! It’s the only location I’ll go to in the whole area of Midlothian . Everyone is super friendly here I get the same drink every week and they always make it perfect to a T. I have to point out one person .. Miguel!! Everyone here deserves a shout out but Miguel always makes my visit really great: he’s always really friendly and making me laugh giving me a great start to my day. He remembers your name and makes you feel welcomed ! Thank you Miguel!

Waited forever for food, then food got cold while I waited longer for coffee.
Nice inside very clean... Very quiet to come in early morning
Love paying for a drink just to receive it with a whole inch of nothing because they couldn't be bothered to fill it all the way. This happens here almost every time I come, but not at other locations. They really need to get it together. As expensive as their drinks are they shouldn't be doing this.
