Spring Creek Barbeque - Midlothian

Love the grill from the jump creek and the smoked huh is amazing. try a small potato salad or bud with it. if you don't have your role, they're amazing.

It is good. Great rolls. Ok sides. Ok sauce. Ribs are sometimes excellent, sometimes fatty or dried up. Not very consistent. It is good enough that we come back reasonably often. Eating there seems to get better results, when packaged you can't see what you've got until home.

The line staff were all incredibly rude, and seemed very short fused and irritated. Then when you need a refill of a drink there you have to get up and go squeeze in between the rush of people in the line. The food quality was not good at all. The pickle slices were the best thing I ate there. All the meats are stiff and super dry, the sides were not hot, they were lukewarm and room temperature. Overall it was not good, and we won't go back.

Got here roughly an hour and a half before close and thr food was still fresh and good. The manager kept talking with is and building rapport then said they cooked more food than they'd sell and gave us a whole chicken! Definitely a great experience with good food. It was my first time here and will be coming back

This Spring Creek BBQ place is actually pretty good! Workers were friendly and fast. I like the dude that brought all the premium sides and he was very calm. A/C works great and food tasted very delicious, although pulled pork is a little on the spicy side. Jello is unique to this location and it's great!!
