The service is better if you drive thru or order on the app or at the kiosk. However, the kiosk is difficult to navigate if you want something other than coffee. The donuts were popular today. There was a large order of glazed donuts just as we came in. We had to make other choices. The manager gave us a free donut for having to wait so long to be served. The coffee was fresh. My black tea was perfect. View all feedback.
What Brittany Thompson doesn't like about Dunkin':
The experience at this restaurant can be inconsistent. The person who initially helped me was not very competent. However, when I returned to exchange a stale donut, the girl who assisted me was friendly and helpful. View all feedback.
Absolute worst experience this evening and I 'm still owed a refund because they never made my drink! I will be calling and going back up there until my issue is resolved. I 'm so irritated i can 't even formulate the words to discuss the multiple things that went wrong. When the guy said what to me while taking my order should have been my indication to leave smh
I sat at the drive-thru window about 7 minutes. I started to wonder if they were even open, so I said hello, and the person finally said, Can I help you. I mean, where was she all this time? If she was busy, she could 've said, I 'll be with you in one moment, but yeah, nothing. They also didn 't have anything that I ordered down to a chocolate donut. I ended up leaving. Maybe it was an off day, but it was not such a good experience
More like Dunkin NO donuts. Sausage croissant tasted and smelled like a foot that’s been in a leather boot. All Dunkin’s are too expensive. Will never spend money at any Dunkin again.
This is the sketchiest establishment I’ve been to in a hot second. The barista took our order by memory then rung it up in the back. The manager rolled out the trash, came back in and immediately began rawdoggin’ orders with her trash hands. Weirdest and most backward Dunkin’ I’ve been to and that’s saying something because 90% of the Dunkin’s in Richmond are trash.
