Domino's Pizza - Midlothian

I had the best Domino?s pizza I?ve ever had, and maybe the best pizza period, at this location. I ordered from here for the first time a couple days ago. We ordered two large Brooklyn style pepperoni and sausage pizzas. Both were total perfection. I got a side of banana peppers to enjoy with my pizza and they were fresh and crunchy. It was insanely delicious fresh and just as good reheated the next day. Will definitely be back.

Great place with great pizza! I get carry out somewhat regularly there and they recognize me and greet me with my order! Very nice people! Keep it up!

I never leave reviews, but the delivery driver, Holden, literally wanted to bring my pizza to my door; Instead, he sat in his car called me and asked me to come down (I live in an apartment) to get the pizza. What does not seem like the worst in the world, and I would have had no problem with it earlier; but it was 11 a.m. in the night and I?m a woman so that I didn't feel comfortable going down stairs, in the dark, meeting a man in his car to get a pizza. I asked him again if he could come and his answer was? Can you just come down? And after 2mins I decided that it was still not the best decision to go down alone, so I called him back and told him that I didn't feel comfortable going down so that he left and I never got my food. I've never had such a terrible customer service in my life.

My last order was overcooked, close to burnt. I called and complained. I didn't want a whole new order sent to me so I was promised 2 free medium pizzas the next time I called in a order. 2 weeks later I was denied any knowledge about the call or promise. I stopped ordering from Domino's a few years ago because the food was subpar. I decided to try again 2 months ago. My first 2 orders were beyond expectations but I haven't had any good experiences following those 2. I guess ill try again in a few years once the management changes again.
