On our bikes and my brother Sam told me that he was in a good restaurant affordable and good, and he was right. I order the Chicken Fried Steak and two sides together with a glass of tea. The food was very good, especially the homemade potatoes. Due to the lack of personnel it was a bit slow, but it was worth it. It was very affordable and had very nice decor and clean toilets. Very recommended..

The incident that upset me was when the waitress spilled a drink on my mother. While I understand that accidents happen, her complete lack of apology was unacceptable. Instead of addressing the situation, she hurried to bring out my food and my daughter's food, leaving my mother without hers for over 20 minutes. It felt rude to eat in front of her, so I ended up sharing my meal with her. We had to remind the waitress about my mother's order, which had still not arrived, despite my mother having inquired about it. Additionally, when I ordered a children’s meal for my daughter, the hamburger never arrived. My mother had to ask for water twice, and even then the waitress took her time getting it. Meanwhile, I observed how the waitress neglected to bring us a box for my mother's food, despite being asked several times. We didn't react with anger or rudeness; we simply waited. However, as my patience wore thin, I spoke with the manager, who kindly took $20 off our bill and apologized for the experience. Unfortunately, the waitress seemed indifferent to our needs and it was as if she didn’t care about serving our table. As a result, she received a reduced tip from us. I won't be returning to this restaurant, but I appreciate the manager’s efforts today. I hope this young lady receives further training in customer service, as it’s not just about the mistakes made, but how one rectifies them.

The service was excellent, but the food fell short. It took a long time for our meals to arrive, and when they finally did, we were quite disappointed with the quality.

I was disappointed with my recent order that included rice, fries, vegetables, and maize bread. Unfortunately, the food arrived tasting overly salty and burnt, which I have never experienced with other restaurants. I hope this was just a one-time issue and not a regular occurrence. I'm considering giving them another chance and may write a follow-up review based on my next experience.

Always good southern fried food. Service was a bit slow but very pleasant. Next time I?m going to try the chicken fried bacon!
