I order the Chicken Fried Steak and two sides along with a glass of Tea. The food was very good especially those homemade MashedPotatoes. Due to personnel shortage service was a bit slow but worth it. It was very affordable and had very nice decor andclean restrooms. Highly recommend..

The manager handled the situation satisfactorily, which is the only reason I gave even 3 stars. Had I not encountered the manager I would have gave 1 star due tothe waitress to which we were assigned. Her nonchalant, I don?t care attitude behind the fact she spilled a drink on my mothersplate was quite appalling to say the least. It wasn?t the fact that it happened because accidents happen. It?s the fact she wasextremely unapologetic about it and did not have even the slightest since of urgency in getting her order out to her. She stillbrought my food and my daughters food out, for more than 20 minutes we sat and ate without my mother to the point where I had tosplit my food with her because it was rude in my eyes to eat without her. We had to follow up about her order, when she shouldhave been in communication with us about it. Nonetheless we waited so long for her plate my mother requested it be boxed up andshe will take it to go. Speaking of to go, when I ordered our food I ordered a kids meal hamburger to go as well which alsonever came out to us. My mother had to ask her for water 2 times, and she took her time to get the to go box for my mothers foodthat she told her to put in a box in the first place. I watched her grab boxes so many times but never once got a box for ourtable that we asked for. We never got mad or rude with her we just sat and watched. And when I got tired and my patience worethin, I requested the manager. He took $20 dollars off our bill and apologized for our experience. The girl did not care abouthow she services us she did not care to get anything we requested, it was like she did not want to service our table, inexchange for her lack of service, she got a lack of tip. I will not return here, but I do appreciate your manager on the floortoday, and I hope you get that young lady some additional training on customer service. It?s not

I?ve ordered from other locations and have never had the food come and taste salty and be burnt. Hoping this was just a happenstance and not a consistent theme. I?ll givethem one more try and write a separate review of the experience.

Got there no wait to be seated and order taken was told it would only take 15 minutes, server came back about 5 minutes later and told us that it will be longer because there backed up with to go orders and that they were working on thoese instead of the ones that were inside dining. Sat there for a good 40 minutes waiting on food and can see part of our food on the line to be brought out sat there for at least 15 minutes. Once we finally got our food all the pasta dishes were cold noodles were cold. The guacamole was brown and nasty. The salad that was ordered had a whole piece of raw chicken. Manager didn?t seem overly concerned when told about the amount of time that we were waiting. This place needs all new training in the kitchen or closed. This is the 3rd time we have had cold food.
