Arby's - Midlothian

Wife and I tried Arby's steak and cheese sub. We found it wanted some taste.

Safe guidelines to observe while fast service, food was good and fresh

Updated... We visited here about a month ago, then on 06 SEP 20. During our first visit the restaurant was clean, the staff pleasant and the food was decent. (It's Arby, what I say? The toilets were clean, and a person at a time sign on each. (This is hard to force when you have to go, and the rest room is quite large What first caught my attention was the drinks cups on what seems to be a food warmth that is not in use. The cups sat open at the end and each had a straw/diagram loosely placed. I didn't think it was such a big idea during this Covid thing. Why don't you just leave them stacked and clean, with straw and lid in donors? Be more hygienic. The other was a giant bottle of hand-sanitary sitting at the register. That was great until you used it! The smell was cruel! When used, the texture was terrible and so sticky we had to wash our hands back in the toilet. I complained first, WHILE with him in the register. The employee was sympathetic and agreed with my description with the smell. She said it was what corporate ordered. Okay, then I talked to what I thought was maybe a shift line or an equivalent over the cups open, etc. He said OK. We left. Yesterday we returned. Everything was fine again. He had replaced Sanitizer THANKFULLY with a better product. But the cups stayed. Please leave them at least stacked, etc. You do such a good job with security, then do this cup thing. Thank you.

Drive-thru: friendly workers, it makes it easier and faster when the workers take orders. Enjoy the sweet potatories (they should keep them on the menu). Also really like the cheddar chicken ranch sandwich.

Fast service, great food, quality personnel! Of all the Arby's in the Richmond area, this one is by far the stand out restaurant. Super fast, even servicing me then 12 cars in the drive through!!
