The pickled onions on the steak and cheddar sandwich were carelessly piled in one spot, causing the bread to become soggy and unappetizing.

It's puzzling why they open for the last half hour if they are already packing up the food. It seems that this would fall under after-hours duties. Their comput... read more It's puzzling why they open for the last half hour if they are already packing up the food. It seems that this would fall under after-hours duties. Their computer ordering system should indicate what items are available or, alternatively, they should have a staff member to handle orders closely aligned with the kitchen. Having the doors open during that last half hour when they can't fulfill orders makes little sense. It seems they might need a new manager. We called for help with the refund, but the manager came over, barely addressed us, and responded with one or two-word answers before leaving. This lack of support for his staff and poor customer service were disappointing. We never received the tip back, which added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

It had very little green in it. Additionally, the large size of the salad isn’t very large and costs over $10. I won’t be ordering salad from them again.

It rings and rings and then just stops ringing (no one answers). So, they do not care if they messed up your order. There is noway to tell them. Started calling at 11:50, still calling at 1:36 pm...no answer, even if you choose to speak to amanager. 5/25/22 Called again at 9:30 am, same....no answer. Update: you have to contact Panera via Facebook. They offer a $5credit but that won't cover the missing item and delivery. Customer care later added more credit after I complained. Again, noeffort though to get the missing item sent to me and no contact from the local store at all.
